US: 39 Star US flag.

The "Flag that Never Extsed" as it has become known.  Created in 1889 on the supposition that the Dakotas would be admitted as one state.  Instead North Dakota as the 39th star and South Dakota being the 40th were admitted on the same day in November 1889, removing the need for any 39 star flags.  A true rarity.  In very nice condition, about 2 x 3 foot in size.  Would be beautiful framed.
